UAE Researchers Boost Solar Efficiency with Mist Cooling Innovation

A breakthrough study from researchers in the UAE reveals that adding mist nozzles between bifacial solar PV panels can significantly enhance power generation. On sunny days, energy output rose by up to 37%, while on cloudy days, gains reached as high as 46%. This innovative approach works by cooling the panels and reducing surface dust, allowing them to operate closer to optimal efficiency.
