Sunsure Commissions 49 MWp Solar Plant in Uttar Pradesh

Sunsure Energy has successfully commissioned a 49 MWp Open Access Solar Project in Augasi, Banda, marking its 7th operational plant in Uttar Pradesh within 18 months. The project supplies clean energy to major industrial players like INOX Air Products, Wonder Cement Ltd., and Gallantt Ispat Limited, helping them reduce their carbon footprint and transition to sustainable energy solutions.

This milestone is a key part of Sunsure’s SunsureShakti initiative, aimed at transforming Uttar Pradesh’s energy landscape. The project underscores the state’s growing adoption of renewable energy and Sunsure’s commitment to accelerating industrial decarbonization.
