REIL Invites Bids for 17.55 MW Rooftop Solar Projects

Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Ltd. (REIL) has issued a tender for rate contract for 17.55 MW of rooftop solar installations on government buildings in 22 states/UTs. Bids are due by February 10, 2025, with opening on February 11. The contract includes survey, design, installation, and 10 years of O&M.
Bidders need relevant solar project experience, an annual turnover of 30% of the project cost, and must meet performance guarantees. The rate contract will last a year, with penalties for underperformance and provisions for greenshoe capacity.
