PTC India Appoints Manoj Jhawar as Chairman & Managing Director

PTC India Limited, a prominent power trading solutions provider, has appointed Manoj Kumar Jhawar as its Chairman & Managing Director (CMD). Jhawar, who joined PTC's board as Whole-Time Director and Director (Commercial & Operations) on January 18, 2024, has now been entrusted with additional responsibilities as CMD, effective from June 13, 2024, until further notice.

With a rich academic background, Jhawar holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from Devi Ahilya University, Indore, along with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Government Engineering College, Ujjain. He further pursued a Masters in Industrial Engineering & Management from Devi Ahilya University and is a qualified Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI).

At 56, Jhawar brings a wealth of expertise and leadership experience to PTC India, with a focus on enhancing the company's operations and commercial strategies as it continues to lead the power trading sector.
