POWERGRID Showcases Industry 4.0 Leadership at DPE Workshop

Sh. Naveen Srivastava, Director (Operations) at POWERGRID, presented the company's digital transformation initiatives at a workshop on Industry 4.0 adoption in Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs), organized by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) in New Delhi. POWERGRID was one of only two utilities invited to share its experience, underscoring its leadership in smart infrastructure development.

The presentation highlighted key advancements including AI-enabled predictive maintenance, digital substations, AR/VR-assisted inspections, and other smart technologies that are redefining the utility's operational excellence. These efforts align with the government’s broader vision of Industry 4.0 integration across strategic sectors.
