Nitesh Bhandari Appointed CFO of Bajel Projects Limited

Bajel Projects Limited has announced that Nitesh Bhandari will be joining the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Joint President starting May 1, 2025. Nitesh brings over 26 years of solid financial experience to the role. He is a chartered accountant and was previously the CFO and Executive Director at Gujarat Gas Limited, a major BSE-listed infrastructure services company. There, he led the finance, accounts, and investor relations departments.

Rajesh Ganesh, Managing Director and CEO of Bajel, welcomed Nitesh, saying his strong expertise in finance and investor relations will be a key asset as Bajel continues its strategic and sustainable growth.

Nitesh is taking over from Binda Misra, who has decided to step down after an impressive 28-year tenure at Bajel Projects. The company expressed deep gratitude for Binda’s years of service and wished him well in his future endeavors.

In his new role, Nitesh expressed excitement about contributing to Bajel’s continued progress. He aims to strengthen the company's financial strategy in line with its overall business goals.
