Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JDVVNL) Seeks EOI for 43.75 MW Solar Projects under Component A of PM-KUSUM Scheme.

Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. (JDVVNL) has issued an Expression of Interest (EOI) for developing decentralized solar power plants with capacities ranging from 0.5 MW to 2 MW, totaling 43.75 MW, under Component A of the PM-KUSUM Scheme. These projects will be connected to the grid via 33/11 kV substations, and the last date for bid submission is January 22, 2025 & Techno-Commercial Bid will be opned on next day i.e. January 24, 2025.
Successful bidders will design, survey, supply, install, test, and commission the solar plants. Additionally, they must manage operation and maintenance (O&M) for 25 years from the commercial operation date (COD).
The power generated by these solar plants will be procured by JDVVNL, with power purchase agreements (PPA) signed through RUVITL on JDVVNL’s behalf.
The levelized tariff is fixed at INR 3.04 per kWh for a period of 25 years.
The PM-KUSUM scheme encourages individual farmers, groups of farmers, cooperatives, panchayats, farmer producer organizations (FPOs), and water user associations (WUAs) to participate.
These entities can develop the solar projects either on their own or by partnering with developers.
