ITI Seeks Bids for 2 MW Off-Grid Rooftop Solar Systems in Odisha

ITI Limited, a public sector enterprise under the Department of Telecommunications, has issued an expression of interest (EoI) for the installation of 2 MW off-grid rooftop solar systems across various locations in Odisha.
The last date for bid submission is January 24, 2025, with bid opening scheduled on the same day. Bidders must furnish an earnest money deposit (EMD) of Rs300,000 and pay a document fee of Rs5,900 including GST.
Selected bidders will be responsible for the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the rooftop solar systems. Additionally, they must provide comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) services for a period of five years.
The winning bidders must submit a performance bank guarantee amounting to 5% of the work order value within 15 days of receiving the letter of intent.
Bidders must have completed at least one project with a capacity of 500 kW within the last three years. Odisha-registered bidders must have completed a 200 kW project within the same timeframe.
