Inox Wind’s Revenue Up 96% in Q3 FY 2025

Inox Wind reported a 96% year-over-year (YoY) revenue increase in Q3 FY 2025, reaching Rs994 Cr. The company’s EBITDA surged 192% YoY to Rs290 Cr from Rs1.81 Cr. Wind installations increased by 82% YoY to 189 MW, and the order book expanded by 28% to 3,286 MW. A new nacelle plant in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is set to commence operations in Q4 FY 2025.
For the first nine months (9M) of FY 2025, Inox Wind’s revenue rose 93% YoY to Rs2386 Cr, and net profit reached Rs252 Cr net loss in 9M FY 2024. Wind installations in 9M FY 2025 reached 469 MW, marking a 90% YoY increase.
Additionally, in December 2024, INOXGFL Group announced its entry into solar manufacturing through Inox Solar. The company aims for an initial capacity of 5 GW of solar modules and 2.5 GW of solar cells by 2026, with an investment of Rs1500 Cr from investors, including Akash Bhansali, Rohit Kothari, and Madhusudan Kela, to expand its renewable energy portfolio.
