Inox Green Enters Solar O&M Market with 675 MWp Project Agreement

May 01, 2025

Inox Green Energy Services Ltd has announced a major strategic step with its entry into the solar operations and maintenance (O&M) segment, securing a contract to manage 675 MWp of solar assets from one of India’s top renewable energy companies. While the client's identity was not disclosed, the agreement spans multiple project locations across different states.

This move marks a significant diversification for Inox Green, which is already a key player in wind O&M with over 4 GW of renewable assets under management. The solar O&M market in India is expected to grow substantially over the next decade, and Inox Green sees this as a critical opportunity to expand its footprint in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

CEO S.K. Mathu Sudhana expressed confidence that the company’s strong industry relationships and proven O&M credentials will enable rapid growth in this new segment. This expansion positions Inox Green to leverage synergies across wind and solar maintenance, supporting integrated renewable energy portfolios and long-term service agreements.

With this development, Inox Green strengthens its role as a comprehensive renewable O&M services provider, aligning with India's transition to a more sustainable and efficiently managed clean energy infrastructure.
