IndiGrid’s Resilient Growth Amid Profit Decline and Strategic Renewable Investments

India Grid Trust (IndiGrid) reported Rs63,304 crore. in revenue for Q3 FY25, up 2.4% YoY, with EBITDA rising 2% to Rs694 crore. However, profits fell 37% due to higher financing costs and taxes. For 9M FY25, revenue grew 16% YoY to Rs2,413 crore, and EBITDA rose 21% to Rs2,194 crore. IndiGrid operates 41 projects, including solar and energy storage systems. It recently launched EnerGrid, a Rs2,460 crore platform for greenfield projects, and raised Rs695 crore through share issuance to fund future developments.
