Hartek Group Targets Rs10,000 Cr Revenue by 2030 with Strong Solar, Grid, and EPC Expansion

May 02, 2025

Hartek Group, a prominent player in India’s energy sector, is targeting Rs10,000 crore in revenue by 2030, with a strategic focus on renewable energy, EPC excellence, and national grid enhancement. In an exclusive interview, Simarpreet Singh, Executive Director & CEO, reflected on the company’s journey, including crossing 10 GW of solar connectivity—a milestone that helped offset nearly 300 million tonnes of carbon emissions.

Initially focused on Power Systems, Hartek successfully diversified into solar EPC, rooftop solar (200+ MWp installed), and energy solutions via its subsidiary, Amtek Sales and Services. The company's end-to-end project capabilities, from design to commissioning and O&M, have cemented its role in India’s energy transition.

One of its landmark projects is the 300 MW solar power plant in Rajasthan, awarded at Rs474 crore. The first 100 MW phase has been commissioned across 1,209 acres, showcasing Hartek’s timely execution and renewable focus. Additionally, the firm is executing a Rs117 crore 765 kV transmission project for PGCIL in Gujarat, a critical grid upgrade to enhance transmission reliability and facilitate renewable integration.

To achieve its 2030 revenue target, Hartek emphasizes delivering timely, cost-efficient, end-to-end projects while staying aligned with market trends, government programs, and customer needs. The company’s core values—safety, integrity, adaptability, and collaboration—remain central to its operations.

Looking ahead, Hartek plans to diversify into emerging segments, offering integrated solar solutions with storage, hybrid systems, and digital monitoring. Strategic partnerships are also on the horizon to enhance its technological capabilities and expand market reach.

Singh also called for stronger policy frameworks, green finance acceleration, and subsidy redirection from fossil fuels to renewables to fast-track India’s clean energy shift. With solid technical expertise and a growth-driven outlook, Hartek aims to remain a cornerstone in India’s sustainable energy journey.
