GERC Draft Amendment Extends Deadline for Banking Charges

The Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission (GERC) has released the draft 2nd amendment to the GERC (Terms and Conditions for Green Energy Open Access) Regulations, 2024. The amendment proposes extending the deadline for levying banking charges of Rs. 1.50 per unit until 30th September. Stakeholders are invited to submit their suggestions or objections to the draft by 24th February 2025.
