EU and India Discuss Renewable Energy Collaboration

Ms. Kerstin Jorna from the EU Commission met with Smt. Nidhi Khare, Secretary of India’s Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE). The two discussed potential collaborations in renewable energy, focusing on solar manufacturing, offshore wind projects, and green hydrogen & green ammonia. They highlighted the shared interests and opportunities for cooperation to strengthen the renewable energy sector and its supply chains between the EU and India.
