ENGIE and Petronet LNG Forge Strategic Partnership for Renewable Energy Solutions

ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales (GEMS) and Petronet LNG Limited (PLL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on April 25, 2025, marking the beginning of a long-term strategic collaboration aimed at accelerating decarbonization and deploying renewable energy solutions.

Under the MoU, ENGIE will develop sustainable power solutions for PLL’s infrastructure, create innovative risk-managed procurement models to optimize energy costs, and expand cooperation in renewables both in India and globally.

The partnership brings together ENGIE’s international decarbonization expertise with PLL’s prominent role in India’s energy sector, reinforcing both companies’ commitment to achieving a carbon-neutral future.
