Capacity Additions Help NTPC Green’s Revenue and Profit Growth in Q3 FY 2025

NTPC Green Energy reported a 25% YoY increase in total income to Rs581 Cr in Q3 FY 2025. EBIDTA rose 22% YoY to Rs500 Cr, while net profit grew 18% YoY to Rs65.61 Cr. However, EPS declined fromRs0.12 to Rs0.08.

During the first nine months of FY25, NTPC Green added 550 MW to its renewable capacity, reaching a total of 3,475 MW. The company plans a 3.08 GW capacity addition for FY25, with targets of 5 GW in FY26 and 8 GW in FY27.

NTPC Green also achieved a 13% increase in power generation and secured 2,200 MW through competitive bidding, increasing its total contracted capacity by 63%. The company was also listed on the stock exchange in November 2024.
