AMPIN & CRISIL Seminar to Drive 100% Renewable Energy Transition for C&I in Western India
Apr 05, 2025
AMPIN Energy Transition, in partnership with CRISIL and BRIDGE TO INDIA ENERGY, is hosting a strategic seminar titled “Renewable Energy Transition for C&I Consumers in Western Region” on 22nd April 2025 at Taj Santacruz, Mumbai. The event kicks off at 10:00 AM and aims to provide valuable insights and action-oriented discussions for corporate and industrial (C&I) consumers navigating the shift to 100% renewable energy (RE) in West India.
As India continues its aggressive push towards sustainable development and net-zero targets, C&I consumers—who account for a major portion of the country’s power demand—play a critical role in the decarbonization roadmap. This seminar is designed as a platform for thought leadership, knowledge-sharing, and collaborative strategy development.
Key highlights of the event include dynamic panel discussions featuring prominent stakeholders such as government officials, clean energy industry experts, corporate sustainability heads, project developers, and financiers. Discussions will revolve around policies, financing models, infrastructure readiness, and technological solutions needed to facilitate a seamless transition to 100% RE.
The event is expected to address barriers like grid integration, open access policies, cost competitiveness, and long-term PPAs. It will also explore opportunities around on-site solar, green hydrogen, energy storage, and the importance of robust regulatory support.
The seminar aligns with India’s broader national renewable energy goals and will act as a crucial dialogue point for industries looking to decarbonize operations while maintaining energy reliability and cost-efficiency.
C&I consumers, particularly in the western region—including Maharashtra and Gujarat—are invited to gain firsthand knowledge, build connections, and explore innovative pathways toward clean energy transformation.
