Apr 02, 2025

Adani Group is set to raise Rs34,800 crore-Rs43,500 crore to fund its large-scale renewable energy projects in Gujarat, including the world’s largest renewable energy park in Khavda. The park will have a capacity of 30 GW, comprising 26 GW of solar energy and 4 GW of wind energy.

Sources indicate that the funding will be a mix of debt and equity, with a significant portion raised by Adani Green Energy Ltd. (AGEL).

In addition to the Khavda project, Adani New Industries Ltd. (ANIL) is expanding its solar panel manufacturing facility in Mundra, increasing its capacity from 7 GW to 10 GW.

This fundraising effort aligns with Adani Group’s strategy to strengthen India’s renewable energy infrastructure and accelerate its clean energy transition.
