Adani Green Energy Adds 396.7 MW at Khavda, Expanding India's Largest RE Project

Adani Green Energy (AGEL) has commissioned 396.7 MW of solar and wind projects at Khavda, Gujarat, as part of its 30 GW renewable energy mega project, the largest in the world.
Key Highlights:
- New Capacity Added:
- 287.5 MW Solar (200 MW by Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six & 87.5 MW by Adani Green Energy Twenty Four A).
- 109.2 MW Wind by Adani Renewable Energy Forty One.
- Total Renewable Capacity at Khavda: 3,220.8 MW (so far).
- AGEL’s Overall Renewable Capacity: 13,487.8 MW.
Project Scope:
The Khavda Renewable Energy Park covers 538 sq. km and will host a massive 30 GW of solar and wind power on barren land.
Future Goals:
AGEL aims to achieve 50 GW of operational renewable energy by 2030, reinforcing India's decarbonization targets.
